Weekly Theme: Sharpie Expressions

LOL I can’t believe how this turned out. I had Lindt Lindors sitting on my desk and I knew I needed one design that showed progressive over time. It just made sense to nuke my beloved chocolate.

The chocolate melted too fast in my hands, so I had to stick a toothpick into the one end so I could draw the face on it. I was having huge problems because the ink was not sticking to the chocolate. That is why it looks so faint and messy. Any time I went over it, it would just rub out the old ink.

The microwave was dirty so I had to clean that and place our little friend on a plate and start cooking it at intervals of 5 seconds. I placed a marker under the plate, so I could spin it back to its original position. The chocolate started started to turn brown after 3o seconds and started smoking. It didn’t have a chance. It really flattened out fast.
